NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Titans just wrapped up practice on Tuesday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.

On Thursday, the team will face the Kansas City Chiefs in preseason game No. 4.

Three quick hits from today:

Davis, Decker back**

Titans receivers Corey Davis and Eric Decker returned to the practice field on Tuesday.

Davis has missed the first three preseason games with a hamstring injury, while Decker has been sidelined the past two games with an ankle injury.

"They did good," Mularkey said. "I was pleased with them. That was the plan, to come out here and get limited reps, limited work. So I was pretty pleased with them. We'll see how they feel after they worked a little bit today."

Mularkey said he's not ruling the players out for Thursday's game, but acknowledged on Monday the chances probably aren't great.

Asked about their availability for the regular season opener against the Raiders on September 10, Mularkey sounded optimistic.

"I would envision that," Mularkey said. "Again, that's the plan."

Praying for Houston**

Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk's one million dollar donation to J.J. Watt's YouCaring drive was applauded by players when the team huddled at the conclusion of Tuesday's practice.

Strunk's donation will help those in need in the Houston area as they recover from this week's flooding from Hurricane Harvey. This donation is in addition to the $25,000 the Titans Foundation donated to the Red Cross over the weekend.

"I admire her for that," Mularkey said. "It's amazing she did that. I thought that was amazing she did that."

Titans linebacker Brian Orakpo and tight end Phillip Supernaw also praised Strunk, and said their thoughts are with the people in the city of Houston. Orakpo is from Houston, and has family there. Supernaw grew up in the Houston area as well, and has family in the area.

"It is much bigger than the game," Orakpo said. "J.J. started out there, and it's a tremendous job what he is doing in Houston. We are just trying to continue to build.

"Houston will overcome -- stay strong. You see how the Houston community comes together, and we will overcome this. We have a lot of good people in the city of Houston and the great state of Texas. We will overcome this."

Injuries

Receiver Harry Douglas, safety Brynden Trawick, linebacker Aaron Wallace, cornerback Jeremy Boykins and defensive back Curtis Riley were among the Titans not practicing on Tuesday.
