Lewan update**
Titans tackle Taylor Lewan returned to the practice field on Thursday after being held out on Wednesday.
Lewan didn't finish Sunday's game against the Dolphins because of a knee injury he suffered early in the contest.
Veteran Dennis Kelly stepped in and finished the game.
Lewan was listed as limited on the Injury Report.
"I am encouraged by it," Mularkey said. "But he was limited today, just being smart with him."
Henry plan
Mularkey said on Monday the team wants to get running back Derrick Henry more involved in the game plan this week.
Running back DeMarco Murray carried the ball 14 times for 58 yards on Sunday. He played 46 of the team's 59 snaps on offense.
Running back Derrick Henry carried the ball four times for nine yards. He played just 11 snaps.
Offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie said Thursday that Henry has remained patient, and is ready for more. On the season, Henry has 187 yards and a touchdown on 43 carries. Murray has 273 rushing yards and a score on 56 carries.
"Sitting down and looking at it … at the end of the day when Derrick is in the game and we hand him the ball, he makes a play," Robiskie said. "He's a good football player. At the end of the night, when I am sitting down and looking at it and you look at your sheet and say, 'Wow, he had four touches.' You just have to find a way to put the ball in his hands.
"Like I told him and like I said when we sat down and talked about it as a staff, I don't know where those touches are going to come from, but they are going to come from somewhere, we hope. We are going to find a way to put the ball in his hands a couple of more times."
Other injuries
Receiver Corey Davis (hamstring) and safety Johnathan Cyprien (hamstring) did not practice again on Thursday. They've already been ruled out for Monday's game.
Quarterback Marcus Mariota (hamstring) was limited.
