NASHVILLE, Tenn. –** The Titans just wrapped up practice on Thursday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
On Sunday, the team will face the Seahawks at Nissan Stadium.
Three quick hits from today:
**
Henry ready to roll**
Running back Derrick Henry isn't sure what his role will be for Sunday's game.
DeMarco Murray didn't practice again on Thursday, but Titans coach Mike Mularkey said he's hopeful he'll be able to practice on Friday.
Henry, who ran for a career-high 92 yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars, said he'll be ready.
"I prepare the same every week," Henry said. "I'm just trying to get better, and when my name is called just try and go out there and make plays."
Henry, who is averaging 5.9 yards per carry, said he can tell a big difference in his game from Year One to Year Two. But he knows he'll face a challenge this week against the Seahawks and their defense.
"Year One just gave me experience, and Year Two you are more experienced and everything slows down for you," Henry said. "The second year in the offense, you can play a lot faster.
"Last week is out the window, and now you have to focus on this week and get ready for Seattle. They have a good defense, very athletic, very fast and everybody runs to the ball. One thing they do is run to the ball. They have veteran guys in the back end, a good defensive line and good linebackers. So we have to make sure we do what we need to do to get prepared for these guys."

LeBeau on Wilson**
Titans defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau has never faced Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
But he knows the challenge that awaits his defense on Sunday, and it's more than just mobility.
"The mobile isn't the problem, it's the good," LeBeau said. "He is mobile and good. There's a lot of mobile guys that aren't that big of a problem. But he is great. He's a great player and he really won two Super Bowls you could say – they only got the ring for one of them. And that's not an accident. He is a challenge, but we are looking forward to it."
Wilson, in his 6th NFL season, has thrown for 18,549 yards and rushed for 2,763 during his career.
"I've used this analogy before: If you are playing a basketball game against a really good scorer, you can't let him get 40 points. You have to make him get 18, 19 points and you are doing a good job," LeBeau said. "You are not going to shut these guys out, because he is too good of a player. … We have a special challenge because this guy is good."
Injuries
Murray, receiver Corey Davis (hamstring) and safety Johnathan Cyprien (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday.
Davis and Cyprien have already been ruled out for Sunday.
Cornerback Tye Smith (hand) was a full participant in practice.
Linebacker Erik Walden (groin) returned to practice after being held out Wednesday, but was limited.
