Mariota status**
Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt still isn't ready to commit to whether quarterback Marcus Mariota will play in the preseason finale.
"We'll see,'' Whisenhunt said. "I am not leaning one way or the other to be honest with you. He will be prepared to play if we want him to play, and if we don't play him, we don't play him."
Mariota has completed 19-of-27 passes for 252 yards in the first three preseason games.
Said Mariota: "I'm not sure. The coaches will make that decision. But I am ready to play and if they want me to I will do my best to execute."
Blidi's back
Cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson returned to the practice field on Monday for the first time since suffering a high ankle sprain earlier in camp.
There's a chance he could play in a preseason game for the first time on Thursday.
"He practiced today and really looked good,' Whisenhunt said. "A lot of it will depend on how sore he is tomorrow. Game speed, getting him acclimated to the game speed is important."
Who didn't practice
Running back David Cobb (calf), cornerback Jason McCourty (groin), tackle Taylor Lewan (soreness), defensive lineman Sammie Hill (knee), linebacker Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil (hamstring), linebacker Zaviar Gooden (hamstring), receiver Andrew Turzilli (ankle) and fullback Zac Boren (sick) did not practice because of injuries.
Linebacker J.R. Tavai and receiver Dorial Green-Beckham returned to practice.
Receiver Justin Hunter was excused. Also, the Titans released defensive tackle Toby Johnson on Monday.
