NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Titans just wrapped up practice on Friday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
On Sunday, the team will face the Patriots.
Three quick hits after today's practice:

Receiver update**
Titans receiver Kendall Wright has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots with a rib injury. Wright also missed last week's game against the Jets.
Interim coach Mike Mularkey on Friday stressed the importance of some of the young receivers stepping up against the Patriots. Aside from veteran Harry Douglas, the Titans have three rookie receivers in Dorial Green-Beckham, Tre McBride and Andrew Turzilli. The Titans also claimed Damaris Johnson on Thursday.
"I think it is real important,'' Mularkey said. "It is a great opportunity for them. I'm glad they have some experience. With Turzilli, even one game of experience is better than nothing. They're just going to need to make some plays for us and hopefully take the load off of some of the other guys.
"It will be a good experience for them, and hopefully a positive one."
Johnson practiced with the Titans on Friday after being claimed off waivers on Thursday. Formerly with the Patriots, Johnson has experience as a returner as well, but Mularkey said he's not sure about whether he'll play on Sunday.
"He has return ability, game experience. He has 30-plus catches,'' Mularkey said of Johnson. "We're going to see (if he can play). He just got here this morning … so we'll see how far he can go with all the information we're going to throw at him."
No McCourty twins
Titans cornerback Jason McCourty had Sunday's date circled on his calendar.
He was supposed to square off against his twin brother, Patriots safety Devin McCourty.
But Jason McCourty is on Injured Reserve, and Devin McCourty isn't expected to play either because of an ankle injury he suffered last week.
"This is one of the many games I would have been looking forward to,'' Jason McCourty said. "Any time we get an opportunity to play against one another it is kind of special for us and the family. But from the looks of it our matchup against one another won't have either one of us in it."
Jason McCourty still plans to make the trip. He plans to be on the Tennessee sideline.
Phyllis Harrell, the proud mother, will be at the game in her signature sweater – one side Devin's Patriots uniform, the other Jason's Titans uniform.
"She'll have it on,'' Jason said. "I guess she'll represent us from the stands. But it's supposed to be pretty chilly, so she'll probably have a coat over it and you won't be able to see it."
Other injuries
In addition to Wright, safety Da'Norris Searcy has also been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots. He suffered a hamstring injury in last week's game against the Jets.
Defensive lineman Mike Martin (knee) also won't play. He missed practice again on Friday and has been ruled out as well.
Tight end Phillip Supernaw (ankle) missed practice on Friday, but Mularkey said there's a chance he could play on Sunday. He's listed as questionable on the Injury Report. Nose tackle Sammie Hill (knee) and linebacker David Bass (hip) are on the Injury Report, but both players practiced on Friday and are probable.
