NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Titans have done some roster shuffling heading into Saturday's third preseason game against the Steelers.
On Tuesday, the team agreed to terms with linebackers Nyles Morgan, Deontae Skinner and Jeff Knox.
To make room on the 90-man roster, the Titans waived linebackers Brandon Chubb and Davond Dade, along with offensive lineman Matthew Diaz.
Morgan played at Notre Dame, where he totaled 250 tackles, including 16 1/2 for loss, and six sacks in 50 games. He was signed by the Bears as an undrafted free agent following the 2018 NFL Draft, but was waived with a non-football injury in May.
Skinner played collegiately at Mississippi State, and has spent time with the Patriots, Eagles, Giants and Raiders since entering the NFL in 2014. He's played in 14 career games in the NFL, and has recorded 13 tackles and a sack.
Knox played in college at California (Pa.), and has spent time with the Redskins and Buccaneers, in addition to experience in the Canadian Football League. Knox played in eight games for the Saskatchewan Riders in 2017, and finished with 23 tackles, and seven tackles on special teams, along with a quarterback sack.
The Titans return to the practice field on Tuesday.
