NASHVILLE – The Titans have re-signed defensive lineman Matt Dickerson to the team's 53-man roster.
To make room, the Titans on Tuesday waived linebacker Derick Roberson.
Because of depth issues related to injuries heading into the weekend, the Titans waived Dickerson and signed Roberson.
Dickerson has played in five career games since joining the Titans last year, including two contests this season. The 6-foot-5, 292-pounder, who played at UCLA, has been credited with tackle and a quarterback pressure this season.
Roberson was among the team's inactives on Sunday against the Chargers.
The Titans face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday at Nissan Stadium.
