NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Playing quarterback in the NFL isn't an easy job, especially for rookies.

While some find success early, others have to wait.

On Sunday, a pair of rookies – Tennessee's Marcus Mariota and Tampa Bay's Jameis Winston – will square off when the Titans face the Buccaneers.

Can one of them dramatically help change things after a 2-14 season? Time will tell.

Here's a look at some of the rookie quarterbacks who've succeeded in Year One:

• Andrew Luck (11-5 with Colts in 2012), up 9 wins from 2011

• Robert Griffin (9-6 with Redskins in 2012), up 4 wins from 2011

• Ryan Tannehill (7-9 with Dolphins in 2012), up 1 win from 2011

• Russell Wilson (11-5 with Seahawks in 2012), up 4 wins from 2011

• Andy Dalton (9-7 with Bengals in 2011), up 5 wins from 2010

• Mark Sanchez (8-7 with Jets in 2009), down 1 win from 2008

• Matt Ryan (11-5 with Falcons in 2008), up 7 wins from 2007

• Joe Flacco (11-5 with Ravens in 2008), up 6 wins from 2007

• Vince Young (8-5 with Titans in 2006), up 4 wins from 2005

• Ben Roethlisberger (13-0 with Steelers in 2004), up 7 wins from 2003
