NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Registration is now open for the annual Titans 5k Run/Walk -- presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors -- to be held on Saturday, May 11 (8 a.m., CT) at Nissan Stadium.

A portion of the proceeds from the Titans 5K will benefit PLAY LIKE A G!RL, a nonprofit organization that helps girls 9-13 find the courage to do things beyond the field of play that they never thought possible.

• Run with some of your favorite Titans players and coaches
• Commemorative T-Shirt for all participants
• Finish on the field at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans
• Appearances by Titans Cheerleaders and T-Rac

Play Like a G!rl is a national 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2004. Their mission is to ensure that every girl reaches her full potential by providing girls ages 9-13 an opportunity—and in many cases, their only chance—to participate in sport and physical activity.

They endeavor to harness the natural properties of sport to propel young women into competitive, male-dominated careers—especially those at the intersection of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and sports. To accomplish this, they offer programs and resources designed to transform girls' motivation into an "I am unstoppable" attitude.

It is their goal to help girls everywhere find the courage to do things beyond the field of play that they never thought possible. They believe that girls given the opportunity to play on a team become women who have the confidence to stand on their own.

Will the race be rained out?

No, the race will take place, rain or shine.

What is the course time limit?

90 minutes

Is there an age minimum for the 5K run?

The age limit is 7 years old. For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child.

Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller?

Yes, we do allow strollers on the 5K course. For the safety of those on the course, we ask that you start near the back of the pack.

Are pets allowed?

No, only service animals are allowed on the course.

A Titans game ticket is included with my entry. Which games are available?

All participants will receive a game ticket to the Titans vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.

*All games will be played at Nissan Stadium. Date/Time TBA by the NFL in mid-April

Where will my game day seats be located?

All tickets will be assigned in the 300 level of Nissan Stadium. Seats will be assigned based on availability at the time of your race registration.

When do I receive my game day tickets?

All participants will receive an email the day before the run containing instructions on how to access their mobile game tickets through the Titans mobile app. Be sure to download the Titans mobile app on your smartphone.

I registered a team. Can we all sit together?

Yes, depending on ticket availability, signing up as a team is the best way to ensure that you and your friends will sit together. The Titans will make their best effort to seat you all in the same row or section based on availability at the time of your registration.

Are team registrations available after online registration closes?

No, if you would like to register a team, you must do it prior to online registration closing or the race selling out (whichever occurs first).

Will there be a bag check?
