NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday at Saint Thomas Sports Park to put the finishing touches on preparations for Sunday's game vs the Texans at Nissan Stadium.
Some quick hits on the Titans after Friday's session:
-Outside linebacker Bud Dupree (abdominal), who was injured in Sunday's game vs the Saints, has been ruled OUT for Sunday's game against the Texans.
-Linebacker David Long Jr. (hamstring), who did not play vs the Saints, will miss his second straight game on Sunday. He's also been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Guard Nate Davis (concussion) did not practice once again on Friday and he's been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Running back Jeremy McNichols (concussion) did not practice again on Friday and he's been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Linebacker Rashaan Evans (ankle), who has missed the last three games, was also ruled OUT for Sunday's game after missing practice on Friday. Evans was limited in practices earlier in the week.
-Tight end Geoff Swaim (concussion), added to the Injury Report on Thursday, did not practice again on Friday and he's been ruled OUT for Sunday.
-Cornerback Greg Mabin (ankle), who did not play vs the Saints, will miss his second straight game. He's been ruled OUT for Sunday vs the Texans.
-Defensive back Chris Jackson (foot) was back on the practice field Friday after missing on Thursday. He's good to go.
-Outside linebacker Harold Landry (hamstring) practiced on Friday. He's good to go.
-Defensive lineman Kyle Peko (ankle), signed to the active roster on Wednesday, practiced again on Friday. He's good to go.
-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (ankle) returned to practice on Friday. He's good to go.
-Defensive lineman Teair Tart (groin), who did not play vs the Saints, practiced again on Friday. He's good to go.
-Offensive lineman Aaron Brewer (illness), added to the Injury Report on Thursday, returned to practice on Friday. He's good to go.
-Cornerback Jackrabbit Jenkins (chest), added to the Injury Report on Thursday, did not practice again on Friday. He's listed as QUESTIONABLE on the team's Injury Report.
-Fullback Tory Carter (shoulder), added to the Injury Report on Thursday, practiced on Friday. He's good to go.
-The Texans released their final Injury Report on Friday, and it looked like this: LB Hardy Nickerson (concussion) and QB Deshaun Watson (not injury related) are OUT. DL Jonathan Greenard (foot) and DB Cre'von LeBlanc are QUESTIONABLE.
-Tight end Tommy Hudson continued to practice after being moved to the team's "Designated for Return from Injured Reserve" list on Wednesday.
This designation opens up a 21-day window for Hudson to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.
-The Titans are scheduled to hold a walkthrough on Saturday before Sunday's game vs the Texans.
-In addition to Titans head coach Mike Vrabel, running back Adrian Peterson, linebacker Harold Landry, and receiver Marcus Johnson all talked to reporters after practice on Friday.
