NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Titans hosted a Christmas party Tuesday night at LP Field for more than 200 of Nelson Mazda's associates and their families.

Nelson Mazda has been a long-standing partner of the Titans organization for more than 10 years and operates three dealerships in Nashville, Antioch and Franklin. The dealership is led by founder and president, Robert Nelson who owns automotive dealerships in Tennessee and Oklahoma. Nelson has been in the automotive industry since 1975 and has developed his company as an outlet to share his faith. The company's slogan, "We'll make a believer out of you!" emphasizes his mission.
"Nelson Mazda has been a valued partner of the Tennessee Titans for many years," said Stuart Spears, Titans vice president of business operations and sales. "We were excited to be able to host their Christmas event and showcase LP Field to all of their employees and guests."
Christmas music filled the west club, putting everyone in the spirit for the holiday season, while the view outside the club windows was a backdrop of twinkling lights reflecting off the river from downtown Nashville.
Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by from the North Pole to visit the children and get a few request for their Christmas wish list.
Nelson Mazda believes in helping others by supporting a number of organizations and a range of causes. They are actively involved in the local community and care about the individuals who benefit from their support. They collected gifts for 75 Angel Tree angels and coats and warm clothing is being collected for distribution in their showrooms. Later this month, they are planning to serve at the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Employees were recognized and received awards for going the extra mile for their customers and colleagues. Those receiving awards were Zachary Puckett (Cool Springs), Danielle Elmore (Hickory Hollow), and Nate Scalf (downtown).
