Suggs chased down Collins from behind and used his right arm to grab him while pushing him to the ground. Collins got up quickly, but Suggs lay on the ground for a couple minutes and needed help from trainers. He was able to get up and walk off the field while holding his right arm against his body.
The linebacker had four tackles in last week's wild-card win at Miami, when he also forced a fumble.
Missing from the Titans' offense on their first series of the third quarter was Pro Bowl running back Chris Johnson. He had 11 carries for 72 yards and one catch for 28 yards.
But his last carry was a 4-yard run in the middle of a drive in the second quarter that ended in an interception of Collins. He was seen on the sideline and had fresh tape on his right ankle, and he limped back onto the field for the second half without a helmet.
Team officials said Johnson had an ankle injury and his return was questionable.
Suggs wasn't the only Baltimore player who needed treatment in the first half. Right tackle Willie Anderson went to the sideline with a stinger on the first play of the Ravens' third possession but returned a drive later.
Pro Bowl fullback Le'Ron McClain hurt an ankle and limped off. But he returned.
