Titans running back Chris Johnson is making a donation to the Nashville Area Red Cross in conjunction with his youth football camp to be held Wednesday. |
Johnson witnessed the devastation of the recent Tennessee floods and wanted to do something for the city that supports him on and off the field. With his annual football camp being held this week at Battleground Academy (BGA) in Franklin, TN, Johnson felt it was important to engage his corporate sponsors, Nike and POWERADE, to reach out and support the Nashville community.
"I live in Nashville and I love my fans. I wanted to do something to help the people of Nashville," said Johnson. "I am very grateful that my corporate sponsors Nike and POWERADE were able to step up and join me in making this donation to the Red Cross."
