NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Titans trail the Colts 13-9 at halftime here at Nissan Stadium.
A look at what's happened so far:
Quarterback Marcus Mariota returned for the Titans. He completed 9-of-13 passes for 108 yards in the first half.
Derrick Henry led the Titans with 30 rushing yards on nine carries. DeMarco Murray ran five times for 15 yards for the Titans.
The Titans took a 3-0 lead on kicker Ryan Succop's 48-yard field goal. The kick was Succop's 47th in a row from inside the 50-yard line, and that set a new NFL record.
The Colts answered back with a 36-yard field goal by kicker Adam Vinatieri, which tied the game at 3-3.
The Titans put together another nice drive when they got the ball back. Mariota connected with receiver Eric Decker for 27 yards, and running back DeMarco Murray for 18 yards to get back in field goal range, and Succop made it 6-3 with a 32-yard kick.
The Colts responded once again, however. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett connected with tight end Jack Doyle for an eight-yard touchdown to make it 10-6 with 10:54 left in the second quarter.
A 12-play, 72-yard drive for the Titans was capped off with a 40-yard kick by Succop with 4:10 left in the second quarter, making it 10-9 Colts.
The Colts extended the lead to 13-9 at halftime on a 25-yard field goal by Vinatieri.
