INDIANAPOLIS – The NFL Combine is in Day 3 here at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Each day, Titans Online will get an answer a Titans-related question from a member of the national media.
Today's question, presented to Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) of NFL Network:
Is there a "can't miss" player at No.1 in this year's draft?
Breer's answer: "Based on the people I have talked to, really over the last five or six months, I think the quality at the top of the draft isn't what it has been in some other years, where you have a (Jadeveon) Clowney or a Khalil Mack or a quarterback or one of those type of players going real early. It is not as bad as it was in 2013 where (Eric) Fisher went first overall, but it is just somewhere in the middle. When you say "can't miss," – can you build a franchise around Ole Miss tackle Laremy Tunsil? Can you build a franchise around (Ohio State defensive lineman) Joey Bosa? Maybe not, but you are going to have guys who are going to be top shelf players at their position for the next 10-12 years if health permits. I think this is the type of draft where if you are drafting at the top, you are not going to get a lot of flash. There is not going to be a Von Miller sitting there for you. But there is a good chance to get a good solid guy who can be a cornerstone for your football team for a long time. So the Titans have an opportunity to get a really good player there."
