Matt Hasselbeck practiced Thursday and is expected to start Sunday at Indianapolis. |
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Matt Hasselbeck is back at practice, even though he was limited Thursday.
Titans coach Mike Munchak says they believe the veteran quarterback will be able to play Sunday when they visit the winless Colts.
Hasselbeck hurt his left calf early in last week's 22-17 loss to New Orleans. He had an MRI on Monday and watched practice Wednesday.
Hasselbeck says they put together a plan after the test results came back and he did more than he expected in Thursday's practice.
Munchak says if Hasselbeck has a setback, then the Titans will re-evaluate.
But Munchak says how Hasselbeck feels is more important than how much he practices.
The Titans (7-6) need to win their final three games and get some help to land the AFC's final wild-card spot.
