NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Former Tennessee Titans Pro Bowlers Blaine Bishop and Frank Wycheck will headline the first-ever "Legend's Day" on Titans Caravan on Monday, May 7, Day 6 of  the team's two-week annual tour through the Mid-South.  The 14th Caravan, sponsored by Grange Insurance, will stop on Tuesday in the communities of Manchester, McMinnville, Lebanon, Gallatin and Mount Juliet.

Bishop and Wycheck will begin the day with a 9:30 a.m. visit to College Street Elementary School in Manchester (405 College Street).

The Caravan school program features a high-energy, educational message from seven-time Pro Bowl Titans mascot T-Rac, host Rhett Bryan.  The Titans use the opportunity to speak to the youngsters about the NFL's Play 60 program, which stresses the importance of getting at least 60 minutes of active play each day, and also the benefits of making good choices in all parts of their lives. T-Rac and the Titans school program are sponsored by Tennessee State Parks, which celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2012 and will provide several unique surprises to viewers during the program.

The Caravan then heads to the Kroger in McMinnville (1410 Sparta Street) for an 11:15 a.m. public stop, followed by a 1:30 p.m. school stop at Carroll Oakland Elementary School in Lebanon (4664 Hunters Point Pike).

The day concludes with consecutive public stops: 3:30 p.m. at the Kroger in Gallatin (2011 Nashville Pike) and 5:30 p.m. at O'Charley's in Mount Juliet (401 South Mount Juliet Road).

The public events allow fans to meet the players, T-Rac and the "Voice of the Titans" Mike Keith.  Posters are provided to all Caravan attendees for autographs, and photos are encouraged.  Every Titans Caravan public event is sponsored by the Trusted Choice agents of the Insurors of Tennessee and is done at no charge to fans.  Public stops generally last one hour.

Also for the first time, the U.S. Army will be joining the Titans Caravan public stops.  Fans will have the opportunity take part in a cornhole competition, test their skills at a variety of team-building exercises and claim free commemorative Titans Caravan 2012 dog tags.  U.S. Army representatives will be on hand to share the exciting opportunities available in today's Army.

Bishop was named to the Pro Bowl four times (1995-97, 2000) after being an eighth-round selection of the franchise in 1993.  The hard-hitting safety appeared in 126 games with the club and notched 514 tackles, 13.5 sacks, five interceptions, 12 forced fumbles and 11 fumble recoveries.

Wycheck amassed 505 receptions for 5,126 yards and 28 touchdowns over his 11-year career, one of only six tight ends to surpass 500 receptions in NFL history.  He led the Titans in receiving for three consecutive seasons (1999–2001) and also made the Pro Bowl in 1998, 1999 and 2000. Wycheck is perhaps most famous for his participation in the Music City Miracle, where, with the Titans down 16-15 with 16 seconds remaining, to the Buffalo Bills in the wild card round of the playoffs in 2000, after taking a handoff from Lorenzo Neal, he lateraled the ball to Kevin Dyson, who turned the ball up-field 75 yards for the game winning touchdown.

Titans Caravan began in 1998 as a small effort to spread goodwill through the region. This year, six full-time staffers will travel to 50 total stops with Titans players and T-Rac through the Mid-South on a specially-decorated motor coach provided by Grand Avenue.  Since 1998, Titans Caravan has made over 700 stops, traveled approximately 50,000 miles, visited close to 300 schools and allowed the team to interact directly with an estimated audience well in excess of 100,000 fans.
