Creative fans who are anticipating the opening of training camp have an opportunity for a friendly competition in the inaugural NFL Fan Flag Challenge.
Fans are being asked to show their team spirit and creativity by inspiring the design of team flags. A grand prize winner for each of the 32 teams will win a trip for two to New York for 2012 NFL Kickoff festivities at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., when the 93rd NFL season begins on Sept. 5 with the New York Giants hosting the Dallas Cowboys.
Titans fans can submit design ideas that they think are best representative of the team and community at NFL.com/fanflags between now and Sunday, July 15. Entrants are asked to describe their concept in an essay format and have the option of submitting an image that depicts the design concepts. The image will only be used to help NFL designers carry out the vision of the winning designs.
Grand prize winners will be chosen in all 32 NFL markets. The winning design will be used as a guideline to create the teams' flags, and the winner will receive a three-day, two-night trip for two to New York to participate in the festivities.
There is no purchase necessary to participate or win in the NFL Fan Flag Challenge.The contest ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/15/12 ("Promotion Period").
