The following players who entered the 2014 NFL Draft were ranked in Daniel Jeremiah's top 50 (as of April 1). Click below for a write-up of each duo:

Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA, Senior

College stats: Barr smoothly transitioned from playing his first two college seasons at running back to outside linebacker for 2012-13. He recorded 65 tackles (42 solo), 20 tackles for loss and 10 sacks, earning first-team All-America status as a senior. Barr had 83 tackles (60 solo), 21.5 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks as a junior when he was named second-team All-America and first-team All-Pac 12. Barr gained 25 yards and scored one touchdown on offense and played special teams as a sophomore in 2011. He had six rushes for 29 yards and nine receptions for 66 yards as a freshman in 2010.

Combine measurements: Height: 6 feet, 5 inches; Weight: 255 pounds

Combine performances: 40-yard dash: 4.66 seconds; Bench press: 15 reps; Vertical jump: 34.5 inches; Broad jump: 9 feet, 11 inches; 3-cone drill: 6.82 seconds (third among LBs); 20-yard shuttle: 4.19 seconds

Jeremiah's ranking: 6th out of the top 50 prospects


Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech, Junior

College stats: Amaro tied for eighth in FBS in 2013 with 106 receptions, helping him set the FBS all-time record for yardage by a tight end in a season (1,352). He was first-team All-American and All-Big 12 and was a semifinalist for the Mackey Award. Seven of his receptions in 2013 were touchdowns. Amaro's sophomore season was limited to seven games (six starts) in 2012 because of a lacerated spleen injury. He appeared in 12 games as a freshman in 2011.

Combine measurements: Height: 6 feet, 5 inches; Weight: 265 pounds

Combine performances: 40-yard dash: 4.74 seconds (fifth among TEs); Bench press: 28 reps (tied for second among TEs); Vertical jump: 33 inches (tied for fifth among TEs); Broad jump: 9 feet, 10 inches (fifth among TEs); 3-cone drill: 7.42 seconds; 20-yard shuttle: 4.3 seconds (tied for third among LBs); 60-yard shuttle: 12.26 seconds (fourth of four TEs who participated)

Jeremiah's ranking: 36th out of the top 50 prospects
