Nashville, TENN -** The Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders were proud to participate in MedVance Institute's "Scrubs for a Cause," a charity event on October 29 promoting charitable interests in the local Nashville community. For the event, Ashley A., a Titans Cheerleader, designed scrubs on behalf of the Titans Cheerleaders that were featured alongside other celebrities' unique designs. Ashley A. praises the experience, stating, "The Scrubs for a Cause charity event sponsored by Medvance is a great opportunity for celebrities and community leaders to showcase their "inner artistic talent!" I was honored to be the representative for the squad."
At the event, attendees voted on their top three favorite scrubs and the winning sponsor received $1000 for their charity. The Titans Cheerleaders chose to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation, promoting breast cancer awareness and research for a cure. Other notable celebrity sponsors include: T-Rac (the Titan's mascot), Reba McEntire, Craig Morgan, the Vanderbilt University Football Team, and many more. The event was very successful, raising over $4000 for multiple charities in the Nashville area and the nation alike.
