When you first decided to try out for the TTC, what was the first thing you did to
prepare?
Initially, I reviewed the TTC website and requirements to ensure I had some basic knowledge of the audition process. I had a significant studio dancing background, but I had been in graduate school and out of the dance world for a few years. So, I began by attending the TTC VIP workshop and met some former TTC 's that began helping me refine my dance skills for the NFL and my overall look. I realized my weaknesses relatively quickly and really tried to focus on my hair and make up skills. It was evident that it was so much more than just dancing abilities!

Being a TTC has impacted my life greater than I ever imagined. It has allowed me to build relationships with individuals in the Nashville community and strong friendships that I would not have otherwise created. It has also given me a stronger internal drive to be the best I can be professionally and personally.
I also just returned from Australia, visiting US troops, representing the Titans; which is something I would have never dreamed would be my reality! I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be a TTC!
What is your favorite part of being a TTC?
The relationships and friendships!
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Great question! I see myself expanding my education further to receive my doctorate in occupational therapy and/or gaining a certification as a health consultant to work in integrative medicine.
Also, traveling more with my husband and going on a medical mission trip!
What prompted you to decide to dance? Who was your major influence?
I started dancing when I was two; my mom owned a dance studio so dance was always a huge part of my life. I was super shy when I was younger, so dancing was an outlet of self-expression on stage and provided me my first sense of teamwork when dancing in a group. I've also always loved music (and I can't sing) so the combination of it all keeps me dancing!
Choose one:
Game Day or Practice? Game Day
Chocolate or Caramel? Definitely Chocolate
Fruits or Veggies? Veggies
Treadmill or Elliptical? Neither, running outside
Hip Hop or Jazz? Jazz Dancing, but I love hip-hop music
What prompts your decision to continue to audition for the TTC's?
Every year is so different. I feel like my rookie year was so new and enlightening and then each year after, I have gained a greater love and knowledge for the organization. It is such a short chapter in your life that it's hard to ever want it to end!
Fill in the blanks:
Besides dancing, I'm also a talented: I am good at organizing.
I'm excited to be a TTC because: I love football, dancing, and the Titans so what better way to spend game days than on the sidelines at Nissan Stadium.
My guilty pleasure food is: Anything Sweet! (Vegan Cheesecake or Apple Crisp with Ice Cream are a few favorites!)
The one thing most don't know about me is: I love rap/hip-hop music.
My favorite meal to cook is: The options are limited (I'm not the best cook), but probably chicken tacos.
What advice can you give to someone that auditions and may not make the cut?
I think anyone auditioning should be proactive in learning what the director wants and then utilizing the resources given through the pre- audition workshop, to obtain the results. It's hard work, but definitely worth the outcome. Good Luck!
