"I enjoy kicking off the holiday season with my turkey give-a-way each year," said Bulluck. "I want to help families that may have more children to feed that are with them through the foster care program. If I can provide a little assistance in that way, it's worth my time and effort to do so. That's what the holidays are all about."

Bulluck founded the Believe and Achieve Foundation in May of 2003 to assist in the education and promotion of foster case in Middle Tennessee and New York State. He focuses his time and philanthropic efforts to benefit children in the foster care system as he was a former foster child himself and has overcome many obstacles in his life. Bulluck's purpose in establishing his foundation was to "level the playing field" for children in foster care by giving them the same privileges and opportunities as those in more fortunate circumstances. Bulluck is accomplishing this through programs that provide educational and financial assistance to participants. Bulluck, through his foundation, raises thousands of dollars on an annual basis to benefit children in foster care as well as underprivileged children in need.
