The league, its clubs, players, the NFL Players Association and the American Cancer Society are committed to providing individuals with the tools they need to help them better understand early detection and ways to reduce their cancer risk.

Titans Together
Titans Together presented by Gallagher is the Tennessee Titans' volunteerism platform, created to inspire employees, fans, and community members to get involved in outreach initiatives. It serves as a central resource, offering opportunities to volunteer, participate in community service events, and contribute to the team's ongoing efforts to positively impact the Nashville community.
Take a Titan to School
Take A Titan To School is an initiative designed to provide Middle Tennessee students with the exclusive opportunity to bring a Tennessee Titans player to their classroom! The player will participate in a fun activity with your class and do a Q&A session with the group afterwards. The Titans will accept submissions for Take A Titan To School throughout the season from teachers, staff, and school administrators. Each week one lucky classroom will be selected as the winner for a Titans player visit their school!
Community Drive
At each regular season home game, the Titans partner with a designated non profit organization to collect items for donation. Through this initiative, thousands of needed items are distributed locally each year.
