Adam Bondi was promoted to Director, Football Information Systems in 2024. He joined the Titans in 2018 as a software developer. His primary role is to design and develop software solutions for the team.

Bondi spent five years as a a software engineer for Erie Insurance, where he began as an IT intern in 2013 and worked his way up to being the first individual selected to complete a broadening assignment into a Senior Solution Engineer role. Bondi was selected to lead the creation of Erie's first artificial intelligence system, and served as the technical lead on a team that redesigned existing applications for Erie's agents. In addition, he taught and mentored co-workers on engineering best practices and application development.

Bondi earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in software engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

He resides in Nashville.
