Tom Jones is in his first season with the Titans. He was hired by Tennessee in 2024 after spending 25 seasons with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders.

During his time with the Raiders, Jones filled multiple roles with a wide range of responsibilities. In his final two seasons with the organization (2022-23), he served as vice president of football operations/assistant to the head coach. He originally joined the Raiders in 1996 as an intern.

Jones oversaw several areas for the Raiders, including day-to-day football operations, scheduling, the football calendar, CBA compliance, the Bill Walsh Fellowship Program, and communication with players, coaches and other departments. His involvement in coaching through the years included managing the affairs of 10 different head coaches and their respective staffs.

A Bay Area native, Jones earned a bachelor's degree in political science and criminal justice from Chico State before moving on to the University of San Francisco to obtain a master's degree in sport management.

He and his wife, Kelly, are the parents of Jayden and Emma.
