Biography
Haley Roberts is in her second season with the Titans. She originally joined the team as a sports performance intern in May 2023 and was promoted to sports performance assistant by the end of her first training camp.
Prior to joining the Titans, Roberts spent two years (2021-22) as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Sam Houston State University. The Bearkats won the Western Athletic Conference in 2021. In addition to working with the football team, she served the women's basketball, softball, tennis and soccer teams, and she also served as an adjunct instructor on campus.
In 2020, Roberts was a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at the University of North Alabama, and the year prior she worked as a strength and conditioning intern for the football team at her alma mater, University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
At the 2024 NFL Combine, Roberts served on a panel of speakers at the eighth annual NFL Women's Forum presented by AWS.
She earned CSCS certification (certified strength and conditioning specialist) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in October 2020, as well as SCCC certification (strength and conditioning coach certified) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCCa) in May 2022
A native of Las Vegas, Nev., Roberts received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She earned her Master of Science in kinesiology from Sam Houston State in December 2023.
