Sunday's loss to the Cowboys is a case where we just have to keep digging and keep digging and eventually you're going to hit gold somewhere. That's what we have to do. We have to stop talking about it and just go out and make plays. That's across the board with everybody, including both sides of the ball and special teams. I don't think anybody is immune from it. We have to play as a 53-man team, not as a bunch of individuals. Anytime you make mistakes, whether it's penalties or turnovers, you're not going to win, it doesn't matter how good of a team you are. I thought Vince Young did a great job. To have him come in with his first start in the NFL, he did a great job. He had a lot of poise and made some great plays.
