Vanden Bosch was hurt Oct. 5 at Baltimore and did not finish the game against the Ravens.
He has started 53 consecutive regular-season games for Tennessee and indicated Wednesday he would likely practice Thursday and couldn't imagine a scenario where he would not play Sunday at Kansas City.
Vanden Bosch only participated in the first half of Thursday's practice, part of Titans head coach Jeff Fisher's plan. Fisher said he expected Vanden Bosch to be limited in practice.
Vanden Bosch said Wednesday that if the Titans had not had a bye week last Sunday, his consecutive games streak would have ended.
Receivers Justin Gage (knee), Justin McCareins (hamstring) and defensive tackle Tony Brown (ankle) missed Thursday's practice.
