NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed safety Mike Brown to the team's 53-man roster.
Brown, who played in college at Miami (Ohio), had been on the practice squad of the Cleveland Browns.
Also on Monday, the Titans placed safety Andrew Adams on Injured Reserve. Adams suffered a season-ending injury in the team's loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Additionally, the Titans signed defensive back Nate Meadors to the team's practice squad.
Brown (6-1, 222) has played in three games for the Browns in 2022, primarily on special teams. He was signed to Cleveland's practice squad earlier this year. Brown initially signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent, but he failed to make the team's 53-man roster. Brown has also spent time on the practice squads of the Vikings and Packers.
Meadors, who played in college at UCLA, entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Minnesota, following the 2019 NFL Draft. Over his time in the NFL, he has spent time with the Vikings, Jacksonville, Philadelphia and the New York Giants and totaled three games played.
The Titans face the Jaguars on Saturday in Jacksonville.
