NASHVILLE, Tenn. —The Tennessee Titans added B.W. Webb (5-11, 185, William & Mary) from their practice squad and waived RB Terrance West.
Additionally, the Titans downgraded CB Jason McCourty to out.
Webb (5-11, 190) was a fourth-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2013. He played in 15 games for the Cowboys in 2013 and was claimed off waivers by the Steelers prior to the start of the 2014 season. Last year for the Steelers, he played in 11 games. For his NFL career, he has recorded 12 tackles and six special teams stops. He was a four-year starter at William & Mary, where he tallied 11 interceptions during his career.
West had rushed for 51 yards on 16 carries this season. The former third-round draft pick from Towson had run for 673 yards and four touchdowns with the Cleveland Browns last season.
