NASHVILLE – The Titans have done some roster shuffling leading up to Sunday's game against the Colts.

On Tuesday, the team promoted outside linebacker Derick Roberson and cornerback Kareem Orr from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.

To make room, the Titans placed linebacker Cameron Wake and defensive back Chris Milton on Injured Reserve.

Wake was injured in Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars, while Milton is also dealing with an injury that won't allow him to play again this season.

Orr, who played at Chattanooga, was signed by the Titans as an undrafted free agent in May following a tryout during rookie minicamp. He appeared in 20 games with 18 starts over two seasons as Chattanooga, totaling 81 tackles, six tackles for loss, five interceptions, 13 passes defensed, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries.

Roberson, signed by the team as an undrafted free agent back in May, had two sacks in the team's final preseason game against the Bears. He played collegiately at Sam Houston State and has spent the entire season on the team's practice squad.

Orr and Roberson were both promoted to the active roster for a short stint earlier this season, but neither player has played in game.

Wake, an 11-year veteran who played his first 10 NFL seasons with the Dolphins, recorded five tackles and 2.5 sacks for the Titans in 2019.

Milton recorded five tackles on special teams after being claimed off waivers from the Colts prior to the season.

Also on Tuesday, the Titans signed defensive lineman Joey Ivie and defensive back Kenneth Durden to the team's practice squad.

Ivie (6-3, 301) played in five games for the Kansas City Chiefs this season and tallied two tackles. Originally a seventh-round draft pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2017, Ivie spent time on the practice squad for Atlanta and Kansas City. As a college player at the University of Florida, he totaled 69 tackles, 10 sacks and two forced fumbles during his 36 game career.

Durden (6-1, 180) rejoins the Titans, where he played in five games last season. He also logged time on the Oakland Raiders practice squad in 2016. Durden entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with the Raiders in 2016. Durden finished his college career at Youngstown State, after spending his first two seasons at the University of South Florida.

The Titans face the Colts on Sunday in Indianapolis.
