Titans Place Guard Rodger Saffold on Reserve/COVID-19 List

NASHVILLE – The Titans on Wednesday placed left guard Rodger Saffold on the team's Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Saffold has been ruled out for Thursday's game vs the 49ers.

The Reserve/COVID-19 list was created for a player who either tests positive for COVID-19 or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons. If a player falls into either of these categories, his club is required to immediately place the player on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Saffold, who has started 13 games for the Titans this season, missed Sunday's game in Pittsburgh with a shoulder injury. He practiced earlier this week but was held out of Wednesday's walkthrough

The Titans face the 49ers on Thursday night at Nissan Stadium.
