NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans on Thursday signed TE Brandon Barden to the 53-man roster from the team's practice squad. Additionally, the Titans added safety Suaesi Tuimaunei to the practice squad.
Barden joined the Titans as an undrafted free agent this offseason after playing collegiately at Vanderbilt. He will replace Jared Cook, who suffered a season-ending shoulder injury Sunday at Indianapolis and has been placed on injured reserve.
Tuimaunei (6-1, 205) entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2011, with the Atlanta Falcons from Oregon State. In 2011, he spent time on the Falcons practice squad and was with the team through training camp this season.
