Favorite moment from the 2019 season?
The 2019 playoff run consisting of watch parties and post-game celebrations at Paradise Park with our Titans staff.
Tell us a little about your life outside of work (family, pets, hobbies, etc.).
Hanging out with friends and staying connected to those friends and family in my other homes (NJ and MIA) outside of Nashville as well. Running and other forms of physical activity to remind myself of how washed up of an athlete I have become with age. Avid fan of all things Rutgers (Football, Basketball, Greg Schiano, and more), Miami HEAT Basketball, and all sports in general.
What is your favorite dessert?
Anything with peanut butter, we are off to a good start.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Be confident in what you do and who you are so you can stop being "Matt" when selling and going on meetings, and start being the "Mango" that we all know and see every day in order to let your true personality show through your work to succeed.

What is your favorite thing about being a Titans Employee?
Getting to come into work every day with an awesome group of people that genuinely care about each other on a personal and professional level.
Tell us a little more about what your role entails.
We engage with local companies, schools, sports leagues, nonprofits and other organizations to provide game day hospitality, fundraising opportunities, and more special experiences in addition to attending a Titans game together.
Favorite movie/TV show?
TV Show: The Sopranos/Breaking Bad/The Wire
Movie: Tough to pick one; any of the Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell classics are atop this conversation.
What is one item on your bucket list?
Own a condo back in Miami to have somewhere to more easily escape the winter weather when needed.
