Definitely having fun. Glad to get into it. I want to thank God for the opportunity. I want to thank my coaches for just believing in me and trusting me to go out there and play. I want to thank everyone in this organization.
(on having good holes to run through today)
It definitely felt good trying to get back into it. The O-line was out there blocking really good. They just gave me some holes and I got through them. Receivers were on the edge kind of blocking, so everything fell together. Just came short of the win.
(on the effectiveness of dump passes thrown to him today)
It was just protecting and trying to be the outlet for the quarterback. Especially on those small downs, just to be there if he needed me, and it seemed like he needed me so it worked out good.
(on the Titans recent injuries and other players stepping up to fill those holes)
Like you said, it's the next man up. We all have a job to do when we get here. The standards are the same. You have to come in and be ready and be prepared and ready to play.
(on how the offense sputtered today against the Texans defense)
They just came out and played hard, their defensive unit. Minus the record that they have, they are some good players over there. We just have to put it together as an offense.
(on the Titans bouncing back and preparing for the upcoming road trip to New England)
It's on to the next one. This is a past game, that's how we're looking at it. No turning back. It's on to the next game, next person playing.
