QUARTEBACK MASON RUDOLPH
Obviously, nobody is happy to be 3-14, but how would you describe maybe how you've enjoyed the city, teammates, coaching staff, and would you want to be back next year?
Yeah, I definitely enjoyed it. I think it was a breath of fresh air, a new staff, new head coach. I really enjoyed Cally (Brian Callahan) and his staff and Nick Holz, Bo Hardegree they were great. A lot of good input. They helped with the offense quite a bit in game planning, obviously, but they did a great job managing a tough season. But yeah, obviously, that's the football side of it. But it's been a great place to live and a lot of good friendships.
Mason, what do you see potential wise from this offensive as the season evolved?
I think there were times where we scored some points moving the ball and we just shot ourselves in the foot at times in some close games and it didn't feel like we played complementary football. There's times where—a lot of times the defense was rolling and getting the stops, offense didn't do enough. So collectively, I think there's a lot of room for improvement. And I'm always excited to look at the tape this time of year and make improvements.
