How slippery was (Joe) Burrow back there, today?
Definitely slippery. The first half, it was hard to get him down. Just him maneuvering in the pocket, things of that sort. But, yeah.
What did you think of the stiff arm by the big guy (T'Vondre Sweat)?
Oh man. Big boy can run. Big boy got some running back skills.
Maybe he needs to replace 98 (Jeffery Simmons) in those goal line situations?
Or you can add him to the package. That's a big package.
How do you keep it from being deflating, when you see the turnovers continue to come in waves by the offense?
The vets just have to continue to talk to the young guys and understand that film goes to 31 other teams, and everyone is looking at that. So, if you're not here next year, and you put out bad film this year, it's going to be hard to get a job next year.
When you are out there on the field, this year, let's talk about these games. What's it like having to go back out there for so many sudden changes, like you guys have done, so many times?
It's tough. Yeah, it's tough. But we have to, specifically for the defense, we've got a lot of guys who care about the game, care about their last name, care about what people say about us. So that's why you see, when we go out on these sudden changes, it's really no drop-off.
