NFL Season is Upon Us

I can't believe the NFL regular season is already here. It seems like just yesterday that we were wrapping up last season. I've been doing the preseason games on TV for the Titans and really enjoying it. I like the Titans team right now. They are a lot of fun to watch. They've got a lot of young guys that are hungry and learning. Obviously Vince Young is on the top of that list. It is fun to sit up in the booth and watch him play.

Now that the season is here, I've been going out and taping the NFL show I do for Fox. This year the taping is out in Denver. I travel out there every week. I've also got my radio show every Monday afternoon online at 1PM PST/4PM EST (www.radiobygeorge.com) on the Voice America Network.  I love doing that show and getting great guests to talk about the issues that are impacting America.

I've also being doing a lot with the NFL Mom's Association. On November 4 at the Titans Bubble, I am going to be hosting the EGX Challenge for kids. I'm working on details for that so stay tuned. Charlene McNabb, president of the Professional Football Players Mother's Association, and some of the other NFL Mom's have been working to help me put that together.

Last week I did something for the Governor's GetFitTN program at my wife's alma mater, Belmont University. I came out to support the B Fit BU program. It was a lot of fun to watch my wife at her old stomping grounds. I kind of know my way around there too because I've been taking some classes there over the summer to freshen up on some finance. It is fun to get back to learning.
