*What was the change from the first half to the second half? *"Like I said, we just settled in. Really understanding everything - that stop right before half time was huge for us. Bobby (Okereke) coming up and making that play. From there, it was just settling into our game. Playing the type of football, we like to play. Even just seeing our offense getting things rolling was just, they ignited us and got us going."
*How do you digest the slow start versus the good things you guys have put on tape? *"For me, and just from my perspective, it's really just executing. Understanding the plans, understanding tendencies. I feel like a lot of times in this league, it's about settling in then letting things go. Everybody has unscouted looks or things you didn't prepare for, not ready for in the first 15 plays, the first couple of drives. The league is all about adjusting to the adjustments. I think we do a great job of making adjustments as players and coaches. For us, it's just setting that tone when we come out. Playing better off the rip so we don't have to always work back from something."
*How resilient is this team? *"We're a resilient organization. First of foremost. We've been through everything. In my years we – I hate to always reference the things we've been through, but it just shows in everything that we go through. So, it's nothing but fight in this team. That's just the character of this team, character of this locker room. So, I know it's grim, but it's been grim before. So, we just have to keep rolling. Quick turnaround Thursday night, Denver. Looking forward to that challenge, looking forward to getting back on the winning side."
*How eager are you to get back on the field after this loss, especially with you guys playing on Thursday night? *"I mean, to me it's kind of an advantage. Being able to clear the slate fast and be able to shake back fast because a win solves everything. That's really how it feels."
