Rookie DT Jason Jones (91), who blocked this FG attempt at Chicago, is out Sunday with a foot injury.
Jones, a second-round pick last April, has had his right foot in a walking boot this week. He serves as the primary backup to starters Albert Haynesworth and Tony Brown in the defensive tackle rotation, a role that will fall to Kevin Vickerson against the Jaguars.
Vickerson has been active in only four of Tennessee's first nine games and said it will be good to have the assurance of knowing he will be part of the 45-man active roster this week.
"It's something you can prepare for because you come in with your mind already ready," Vickerson said. "It's a relief, but at the same time you don't want to count on somebody being out. J.J. is a big part of this defense I've got to pick it up, because I've got to play for the both of us."
Cornerback Nick Harper sat out Wednesday and again Friday because of a sore ankle after practicing on a limited basis Thursday. Harper is listed as probable on the injury report. If he cannot go, Eric King would be in line to replace him.
Of the other Titans on the injury report, guard Eugene Amano practiced for the first time this week on Friday and will be probable with a knee injury. Fullback Ahmard Hall (concussion) is also probable after practicing again Friday.
Linebacker Keith Bulluck (ribs), defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (groin) and receiver Justin McCareins (concussion) are questionable after not practicing again Friday. Of that trio, Bulluck, who played last week with cracked rib cartilage, is the most likely to play.
Vanden Bosch, who sat out last week and has battled a groin injury since Oct. 5, and McCareins, injured last week in Chicago, are expected to be game-time decisions.
