Where does this team go from here, and how do you try to finish the season strong?
We just have to put wins together. Not just a win here, and then two losses and then the win. We have to have consecutive wins.
What are some of the conversations you guys had as a defense, especially in the second half, when points were hard to come by on your end, and Houston was starting to get some momentum?
Yeah, we would just say it comes down to us. Like we have to kind of build a spark. We have to create the spark, score on defense if need be and try and give the offense some energy and some enthusiasm.
How do you feel you guys stepped up, not only in the secondary but in the front, with everyone who was out on defense?
Yeah. I mean, we got to the quarterback. It's good to see some new faces kind of make impacts on the game and all that stuff. So, like I said, we would be celebrating a lot more, if we had gotten the W.
You mentioned Case Keenum. He's a guy that hung in there all day. I mean, he didn't play his best, but it seemed like he played his best when his team needed it.
Yeah. I mean we were pressuring him, and he was getting hit back there. Like you said, he ended up winning the game for them, so hats off to him.
