TITANS HEAD COACH KEN WHISENHUNT**
(on Kendall Wright's injury)
Kendall (Wright's) alright, day-to-day. He's listed as questionable.
(on if any injured players will not be playing Sunday)
Kam Wimbley.
(on Kam Wimbley's recovery)
He's making progress. It's a hamstring. Maybe he's got a shot at next week.
(on Zach Mettenberger practicing today)
Zach (Mettenberger's) official designation is limited.
(on how Zach Mettenberger has handled his shoulder injury this week)
I think he's done a good job with that. Obviously, a big day with today was to see how he felt after two days, and then to get through today and see where he is tomorrow. We're optimistic that he's going to play.
(on having enough guys to fill in for injured players)
We've got a plan for those, depending on whether or not Kendall (Wright) can go. It's no different than last week when we lost Justin (Hunter). We were in the same situation, and we made it through that game. We've got a couple of different guys in different roles that can try to get us out of it.
(on if he anticipates making roster moves)
If we do, we do. We'll see.
(on if practice squad players will be able to play if needed)
Yeah, they're in meetings, they're going through practice. If that was the case, we would feel good about that.
(on Michael Oher not practicing)
I think it's part of the process. We're trying to deal with his toe, and he did a lot yesterday. We were on the turf, so naturally he would have some soreness in there today.
(on if Will Svitek needs to play better this week than he did last week)
We all need to play better. I'm not singling out a player. That's what we are as a team. It's a great opportunity for guys to show what they can do.
(on if Will Svitek should benefit from playing in games)
You would think that you would play better after you'd gotten some more play time. That's the hardest thing about this league. When you don't get time, you're thrust in there, your expectation is you play well. That's what, to me, is what being a pro's all about. He's been in the league. He got in there last week and was in a tough situation, and he battled. He'll do the same this week.
(on how much Terren Jones and Jemea Thomas have learned in practice this week)
As much as they can. They've been working and studying. Like I said, that's where you are in the league right now. Unfortunately, we're banged up. We've got some guys that have got to come in. If they get their opportunity, we'll be excited to see how they handle it.
