It seemed like several times you were on your way on drives?
Yeah, we've just got to stay focused each and every drive, whether it be one guy here, one guy there. One mistake here, one mistake there. A penalty to start a drive on a big play, I want to say we had four or five big plays called back from a penalty. So, you know, just focusing in, locking in and getting drives started. Getting into drives, not three-and-out, that's a big key for us.
(Jack) Gibbens gets a big pick and you got a chance to really kind of hammer down and you don't get any points out of that, biggest moment of this game?
Yeah, once you get a plus-50 turnover, you expect to try to get some points out of that. Everyone expects to at least come away with three there. And when you don't, yeah, it kind of hurts. But like I said, whether it just be one guy here, one guy there or collectively a few, we've got to lock in in those situations in order to come away with the W in these types of games.
This is two division games in three weeks where you're minus five total turnovers, tough to win when that's the case?
Yeah, turnovers probably a big key and a factor. Winning a game or losing a game, whether it be turnovers, you know, running the ball, time of possession and things like that. Turnovers is a big killer of that.
A month ago you guys are three and a half games up, now you're technically out of the playoffs. It all comes down to Week 18. What do you guys tell each other now?
We've got to focus on the Cowboys first. We've got to get things right there. Focusing on these little details and get back on the winning trend. We've obviously never really lost five around here as long as (Coach Mike) Vrabel has been around here. So, this is all new to us. And the only thing we know how to do is just work harder, focus harder and come together closer.
