Tennessee Titans' One Community Nominates Four Small Businesses as the Local Spotlights of 2024
Follow Miranda Brown, Director of Programs for the Tennessee Titans' One Community, as she visits the four winners of the 2024 Neighborhood Business Spotlight Awards. This initiative within the program allows small businesses to nominate and cast votes for one another. The four selected winners received a check for $10,000 to acknowledge the great work they're doing, with the hope that it will create generational change for the Tennessee community.
2024 Neighborhood Business Spotlight Winners – Antioch
Soul Seed
Based on plants and ingredients endemic to the region they create sustainable products with properties to nourish the skin. Their formulas are inspired by traditional Mexican medicine. All soaps and other products are artisan-handcrafted, vegan, free of parabens and silicones.

Renew Hair Care stands as a black-owned hair care brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. Their product line focuses on cleansing, deep moisturization, and the promotion of overall hair and scalp health, whether used in professional salons or personal care routines. Founded by Camri Ferguson in 2018, Renew prides itself on the meticulous handcrafting and thoughtful packaging of its offerings.
Crown Love Beauty Supply
The vision of Crown Love is to be the number one preferred beauty supply store in middle TN. We seek to change the narrative of black owned beauty supply stores by providing a grand customer experience, providing base level knowledge on products, and selling top brands at a competitive price. We seek to be the number 1 supplier of equipment for professionals. Lastly, we envision being a part of the community through consistent outreach.
