Tennessee Titans Cheerleader Auditions
The Tennessee Titans are seeking enthusiastic entertainers to join the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders! This includes athletic performers of all genders, ages 18+, who love the Titans and are accomplished both on and off the field. Potential candidates are invited to showcase their amazing stunting, tumbling and dancing skills, along with their exuberant personalities! Roles to be filled include dancers, stunt flyers, and stunt bases, who will combine their talents and create performances that will wow Titans fans at Nissan Stadium!
This experience is second to none. Aside from having the best seats in the house at Titans home games, it also offers opportunities to be showcased nationally via television, music videos, and more! Additionally, the impact in the community is exceptional with appearances throughout the Titans market which includes Tennessee, southern Kentucky and northern Alabama.
Titans Cheerleaders have traveled worldwide as representatives at various civic events and military appearances. During the 2023 football season alone, members of our cheerleading squad had the opportunity to travel to London, Japan, Australia, Korea, Greenland, Florida and Indianapolis to represent the Tennessee Titans.
Being a 2024 Titans Cheerleader provides the opportunity to perform at the professional level on the biggest stage and engage with the greatest fans in the NFL!
Audition Scholarship funds are available to ensure finances are not a factor for anyone hoping to participate in auditions. Please reach out to cheerleading@titans.nfl.com to learn more.
Audition Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age AND a high school graduate
Candidates must be available throughout the summer for practice, events and photoshoots
Candidates must be available for all Titans home games, including preseason and playoff games
Candidates must be available for all Junior Titans Cheerleading practices and performancesÂ
Dancing, tumbling and stunting experiences is beneficial, but not a requirement
Job Descriptions
Dancer
Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, dancing, running, jumping, leaping, turning, kicking while performing a choreographed routine.
Must be able to lift other members of the squad or 45+ lbs.
Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).
Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Titans personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.
As a professional performer, this role must be able to receive instruction, feedback and coaching during practice and game day environments.
Stunt Flyer
Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, dancing, running, jumping, leaping, turning, kicking, twisting, tumbling, flipping, lifting and being lifted, throwing and being thrown, catching and being caught by other participants of the squad while performing a choreographed routine.
Must be able to lift other members of the squad or 45+ lbs.
Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).
Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Titans personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.
As a professional performer, this role must be able to receive instruction, feedback and coaching during practice and game day environments.
Stunt Base
Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include, but is not limited to, tumbling, lifting, throwing and catching other participants of the squad while performing a choreographed routine.
Must be able to perform partner stunts and lift other members of the squad or 100+ lbs repeatedly unassisted.
Must be willing to learn and perform various choreographed dance lifts in a routine.
Must have the fitness level and physical stamina to perform for long periods of time (gameday averages 8-10 hours).
Must have the ability to move around the field in close proximity to other squad members, Titans personnel, and NFL staff, as well as perform in all types of weather and temperatures.
As a professional performer, this role must be able to receive instruction, feedback and coaching during practice and game day environments.
